At The Whistling Kettle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium loose leaf tea and brewing accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original tea tins or packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package to our returns department at the address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our tea experts inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
