We source our teas directly from estates and store them in temperature-controlled, airtight environments. Every order is hand-packed into UV-protected, resealable pouches to maintain peak flavor and aroma during transit.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.99 on all domestic orders, with free shipping on orders over $50. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days.
Can I return a tea if I don't like the flavor?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 14 days and we will provide a store credit or a replacement recommendation.
Are your tea bags plastic-free and compostable?
Yes, our pyramid tea bags are made from a plant-based, non-GMO material called Soilon. They are 100% biodegradable and do not contain any microplastics or chemical glues.
